Yes, there is a free plan and you do not need a card to use it. The free plan covers 10 practice questions per day and 1 full-length mock exam per calendar month, plus unlimited reviewers, bookmarks, study groups, discussions and progress tracking. Akawntant Pro removes those two limits for ₱299 per month, or ₱1,499 for six months.
